Brussels (Brussels Morning Newspaper) – Belgium is launching plug-in solar panels for balconies, starting on April 17, 2025. Energy Minister Zuhal Demir supports this with an 800-watt limit per household to ensure safety and efficiency. Brussels Airport promises that an average household will save around €124. . One hundred households from the four municipalities neighbouring Brussels Airport will have the opportunity to sign up to a year of green energy provided by Brussels Airport Company.
